As a fun and friendly organisation, Ecas provides all kinds of opportunities for physically disabled people to get together and enjoy themselves. As a help towards costs all clients are asked to pay fees of £1.15 per hour for their activity and, for those who meet a set criteria, they can apply for a grant to assist with transport costs to and from their activity. Transport grant applications are not affected by the suspension of the Grants Fund.
